• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
• Customer must provide correct trip details (date, time, location).
• Cancellation should be informed in advance; charges may apply.
• Extra charges (toll, parking, permit, driver allowance) are to be paid by the customer.
• Waiting time beyond the agreed limit will be charged.
• Vehicle must be used only for the booked trip; extra usage will cost additional charges.
• The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
• Drivers must be treated respectfully at all times.
• Night travel may include additional charges.
• The company has the right to update terms at any time.
